Thanks for visiting YaelBelDesigns shop! I strive to offer affordable and beautiful pieces for your special events. My creations are made with quality materials, great love and a lot of attention to every detail.

Payment will be through Paypal and must be made within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not received by third day sale will be void and negative feedback will be left. Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days after transaction has processed. If you need an items sooner than this please contact me.

Orders will ship to the address on file on theweddingmile. Paypal buyers please make sure that the address on theweddingmile is correct. If you want something sent to a different address, please leave a note to seller at checkout.

The shipping cost for all our client is free.
All packages ship out First Class mail unless stated otherwise in listing. If you need to receive something quick, contact me before purchase and I will make a private listing for you showing upgraded shipping.

I strongly suggest to purchase insurance for domestic and international buyers. If a package is lost during transit, the post office won't take any responsability unless insurance is purchased. Please contact me for a quote, insurance is based on the value of the item.

For international buyers, please know that once the item leaves my shop I'm not responsible for any fees related to duty, customs this is your responsibility. Items can not be returned for that issue or because the item didn't arrive on time. I don't have control over post offices or deliveries. Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance or tracking reference for your package. I highly recommend this, in case that a package is lost during transit. The post office won't take any responsibility is something is lost during transit unless insurance is purchased. Divine Jewel is not responsible for lost packages. I'll provide proof of shipment. In rare cases if a package is lost I'll be more than happy to open a claim for you. You should know how custom works in your country before placing an order.
I do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me before leaving feedback.

Returns are not accepted unless an item is defective. I carefully inspect all items before shipping but will be happy to accommodate if I miss something. If something is defective please let us know within five days of receiving the item. Earrings and custom orders are not exchangeable no exceptions, but adjustments can be made for an additional fee. Any returns must be made within five days after receiving the item. If for any reason you need more time please let me know.

In the event that I agree to take something back and there's nothing wrong with the item, there will be a re-stocking and processing fee. Fee will depend on the item.
